as a general rule(bearing in mind that everyone is different)if a patient has a history of severe reflux which has in the past led to esophageal erosions(not a current problem)--how often is it reasonable and prudent to do an esophageal biopsy to rule out Barretts? am on all ruflux meds propulsid,prilosec, have had 3 fundos and still have some reflux and dysphagia
