I am suffering from Gerd for more than a year. Acid reflux happens throughout the day and it is acute during the night. every morning when I brush i have to vomit out the acid. thoroughout the day the acid comes up to the food pipe, about half an hour interval, and to subside this I take milk whenever the acid comes up to the food pipe. but it is continous problem till I go to bed and in the night too as I said earlier the acid comes up. Moreover when I take food there is burning sensation in the food pipe, so I take water along with food. I took Omeperazole for some time (15 days) but I heard from someone thatI should not take that capsule more than 3 weeks. As long as I took that capsule I was alright, but once I stoppedthe problem occurred again.
Then I also consulted a homeopathic doctor who gave me some medicine that did not give me much relief. When I yawn I have severe pain in my food pipe. what should i do? should I continue with Omeperazole, if so, how long? Please advise me.
