What is the cause of chest pain in someone with reflux.I have heard alot of people with reflux complain of chest pain.I was diagnosed with reflux after 24hour ph test.My main problem is chest pain.I get spasm type pain,but most of the time i have a dull ache that goes up into my left sholder and arm.
