Just a thought. I've been reading a lot about candida (the Yeast Connection). Fermented foods, like the soy sauce in Chinese foods and sugar really will bring on symptoms if you already have too much yeast (candida) in your body. I get really symptomatic when I've had any sugar. The chinese, which I love, I usually get steamed vegetables and shrimp. No soy sauce. Try eliminating these 2 things from your diet and see what happens. Also, I don't know if it was you or not who had suggested Dr. Sarno's book Healing Back Pain, the Mind Body Connection. The same principals used in this book can be applied to reflux, ulcers, IBS, etc. I got it at the libary. It is worth the read. Let me know your thoughts. Ginny amytiki@aol.com
