Hi MMN, Flaxseed oil with some lemon and seasoning makes a delicious dressing. Lemon juice is a very good substitute. I make the dressing and bring it in a small container when I go out to eat. Eat no ketchup, mustard, cole slaw (has vinegar). (all are fermented). Mushrooms aren't good either. I haven't been having much reflux but now I seem to get naseated after eating or when I'm hungry. I don't know which is worse. I haven't gained a pound back. I'm 123 and 5'6". Although I eat very little fat or sugar. When I'm symptomatic I feel like I've lost some. Even though we're eating food isn't getting assimilated. Body is out of balance. Take care. Keep me posted. Ginny
