i has a nissen parcial wrap in march that failed. they do not know at this time what the problem is. the wrap is still in tact. had an upper gi for that. am scheduled for a 24 hr ph probe and a gastirc emptying study. have on occasion burped but not to often. the doctor did say that if the tests show i am still refluxing then i should have a 2nd nissen done with a full wrap. i am skeptable about going through this all over again with no guarantee it will work this time.
