Food allergies from lack of acid

From: Todd

Comments

I just read in an alternative medicine book that a lack of stomach acid can exacerbate or cause food allergies. I was on Prevacid and now Zantac but I have to stay away from certain foods like oats and beef or I break out in hives. I never had a problem with these foods before taking these meds. Anyone else experiencing food allergies from being on the meds? P.S. Hi Judy. Finally figured it out!
