If your tests (pH study, motility, etc.) were performed at the time of the original procedure (i.e. more that one year ago), these should be repeated. You are correct that bile reflux seems to lead to the problem you describe, but a functional wrap prevents reflux, bile or acidic. Your first step is to repeat the studies so they are current with your current condition.
