stomach pain from PPIs?

I have been suffering for some years with nagging upper abdominal pain and burning after I eat and often when I don't. I also suffer from some reflux and nausea on waking, thus I have been taking different combinations on and off of Zoton (I think US name is prevacid), Losec, Motillium and Propulsid. Could any of these actually be making my stomach pain worse? Should I get off the drugs altogether (although when I've tried this for one week I had bad pain and nausea) or not? Can you suggest anything for this pain that is with me almost ALL day?
