Yes, DGL is a natural anti-inflammatory, and helps to make the stomach lining more resistant to acid. It's actually more for stomach pain and complications that can arise from reflux, rather than for the reflux itself. I take it daily, but be careful-- some of the DGL brands out there taste hideous. Call around and find a brand called Pro DGL. It's mixed with bee pollen, and is actually quite tasty, almost like a candy.
