Reflux stops from loss of weight

Hi, lost 25 lbs due to reflux. Now am not refluxing but get heartburn and chestpain, and stomach pain. I was throwing up is how I lost the 25 lbs. Do you think I should still get the laproscopy? I can't eat much due to the heartburn and stomach pain. I am in the last phases of testing. Also my weight is still dropping too much. Thanks
