I HAD SCOPE DONE NOV.99 WAS TOLD HAD HIATAL HERNIA AND REFLUX.DEC.99HAD 24 HOUR PH TEST THAT SHOWED SEVERE REFLUX.HAD ANOTHER SCOPE DONE APRIL 2000 FOR SECOND OPINION BY ANOTHER GASTRO. DOC. AND HE SAID HE DID NOT SEE A HERNIA.IS IT POSSIBLE FOR HIATAL HERNIA TO SHOW UP ON ONE SCOPE AND NOT THE OTHER?AND ALSO I WAS TOLD THA T 24 HOUR PH SHOWED I REFLUX MORE WHILE STANDING.IS THAT CAUSED BY HIATAL HERNIA OR SOMETHING ELSE? THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.
