I have read some of the people saying that hiatal hernias can cause left arm pain. I have been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and I have left arm pain, tingling, and numbness. I have had a work-up consisting of EMG and NCV's plus MRI scan of the neck. I work for orthopedics and one of my doctors said he really did not see anything that would be causing my symptoms. Could this be from my hernia?
