I have similar symptoms that I can't relate to any common activity or foods....symptoms like small annoying ache in back under shoulder blade area...sometimes leads to frontal ache or burn...and left side throat tightening....then sick/weak feelings that sometimes lead to very uncomfortable "feelings of doom".(have gone to ER) Sometimes it also feels very tentative to take a full breath Note that I also get some very uncomfortable chest burn when jogging....Have gone through all the basic cardiac testing and MRI scans...nothing found ... Based on reading here...I'm .thinking the next tests should focused on GERD issues...
