Dave, The symptoms you describe are some that my husband experiences ( I have posted in the last week under the subject heading "Hiatal Hernia Pull-Down"). He is having the stomach pains in the area you describe and he says it feels like "pressure" or "bloating" starts the pain, but also starts attacks of tachycardia which is frightening him to death. However, all his symptoms are reduced "some" if he can "belch" several times. (That sounds gross for such a well-mannered man as he is, but how else can you describe it?) He almost passed out this morning which would correlate to your description of dizzy spells. Can you connect the tachycardia spells to anything you've experienced ? Thanks.
