Re: foodsFrom: famnd@aol.com CommentsLentil soup works the best for me even though it does have tomatoes in it. I think the basil and the brown rice in it helps. I find the soup very soothing after I've gone off my reflux diet and have a lot of pain. Although I generally don't eat late, if I get really hungry I can get away with eating this soup before bed. Of course, I have lie very still on my left side for a few hours to prevent refluxing. Basil on foods seem to help also. Last changed: January 11, 2008 |
