Re: Excessive BurpingFrom: Lisa CommentsI have the same problem. I have severe burping that lasts for hours. At times, the burping come with a burning sensation, a disgusting odor, bloating and pain. About two months ago I had an attack that resembled a heart attack. The doctors suspected gallstones and an ultrasound was performed but the results were not received. As Im writting this, im miserable with constant burping that occurs apx. every 30 seconds, varying in intensity. Sometimes lying down makes it worse, while other times movement does.
