I disagree. Stress can't cause your sphincter to go bad which is basically what happens with GERD. Even now DR's aren't telling patients to cut out stress when they have ulcers. Instead they're prescribing antibiotics as many have a bacteria which I can't recall name of Hylor somthing. Yet for many years we blamed them on having stress. Yes, stress can affect our health and maybe increase stomach acid but if the sphincter valve is relaxing and allowing reflux; I fail to see the connection. We don't tell people with gallbladder disease to cut out stress. We recognize it's diseased. I do think our diet plays a part.. Just my two cents worth Take care
