Gastritis and a Hiatal Hernia

Hi,

I posted my Endoscopy results earlier and was wondering what symptoms people here with gastritis and a Hiatal Hernia feel. I have mixed symptoms that drive me nuts.

Usually I feel ok in the AM, after eating luch about an hour or two I start having bloating, lump in throat, some pain on left lower side of chest and down by the bottom left rib. Belching and some chest discomfort, I can describe it as not real pain or burning just a strange chest discomfort.

Some foods make it worse than others.
