How is it possible that PPI,S are not totally effective in treating my reflux symptons caused by over relaxed sphincter valve when here in England they are rated as a miracle drug . I have tried Lansoprazole and I am now on 20mg of Rabeprazole and still suffer reflux . This worries me as I wonder if there is a medical reason for this which is being missed. Also congratulations on the management of this particularly informative site .They should take a leaf out of your book here instead of adopting the attitude that patients are too dumb to understand the more complex side of disease .Many thanks.
