I tried this over the weekend, and have spent the last three days recovering. I suspect that I have esophagitis (I have not had an endoscopy, but sometimes I just ache in my chest and throat).
Anyway, this "cure" involves taking alcohol first thing in the morning, to kill any bacteria. Well, it might have killed some bacteria, but it also damn near killed me with it.My esophagus is SO sensitive, I have hurt worse than ever the last three days.
If anyone else is thinking about trying this, please be careful.
I am going to try marshmallow tea next.
