Has anyone actually tried HCL-BETAINE and had success?? maybe some of are problems is that after years of taking antacids we dont have sufficient acid in our stomach to digest food properly. which can casue bloating,indigestions, heartburn,, and all the symptoms that go with having a not enough acid...any thoughts
