Hi everyone
Just in case anyone wants to know, here are some links I found on Marshmallow and places you can buy it, here in Australia and in the US.
If none of this helps, you can do a search on google.com using marshamllow as the searching word....or even yellowpages.com (for health food stores).
In any case, PLEASE refer to your doctor about this. Even though Marshmallow is about as safe as Chammomile (from all that I have read), you need to be sure it's safe for YOU....
I would recommend the actual leaves and roots (dried) as opposed to the capsules, as I think it's more effective and more gentler...
Hope this helps....

The first site tells you about how the root can lower blood sugar levels; I use the leaves myself as I dont have the root handy... It really is a soothing tea for me, and it's just something that I am soooo glad I remembered about!!
Take care.....
