PPI's are not that effective for night-time reflux. Have you tried ranitidine (Zantac), Pepcid, or related acid blocking drugs at night. For a redo, go the best surgeon you can find, even if you have to travel many miles. These are the people at major teaching hospitals who do hundreds of the surgeries a year.
