Ellie,
Make an appointment with your gyn. All last summer I went through a series of tests after I had been diagnosed with GERD. All because I continued to have adbominal cramps, especially at night. Finally, I had a pelvic ultrasound done and it revealed an ovarian cyst. Fortunately, by the time I could get into the gyn, the cyst had disolved by itself. Sometimes I wonder if these doctors think at all, just go through the motions.
