Lawrence, if you are loosing weight, drink ensure. I lost 22 lbs in a few weeks after nissen fundo surgery, then another 4 after gall bladder removal 2 months later...we are what we eat, if u do not eat, will not gain. But you must get nuetrients, so drink milkshakes..or take ensure and ice cream and milk and blend it, or carnation breakfast, thrw a container of flavored yogurt in and some milk...Many ways to get your nutrients. Reactions from meds can give gas..the wrong ones..but 3 months after fundo I have lots of gas..but is better gas than the reflux.. Oh and by the way..it is a good thing men do not have babies, lol...
