Allan, I also had a Huge hiatal hernia, had the wrap nissen fundo surgery...I had chest pains, etc, all that you have discribed...I no longer have these pains...2 months after fundo surgery though I had my newly discovered diseased gall bladder removed which can also cause chest pains, so I cannot say which problem was causing it..I have heard though that it may have been my hernia. Do you have your gall bladder yet?
