Hi Francine,
Outing doctors like that is a wonderful idea, but an arrogant SOB like that is also likely to be quick to sue. This board is too easy to get to and one of his "friends" (if he has any) could easily point him in the right direction and cause some grief. If you really need to know "who" do it by email.
If anyone reads the last few posts, and wants to protect themselves, they can always leave their email and ask for the info.
