Gee, that's an easy question. You guys are SO lucky up there. I had to travel 6 hours, but it was worth it.
As Lee mentioned, Dr. Smith's group is quite good. I had mine last fall with Dr. Bruce Ramshaw at Atlanta Medical Center, who is also excellent. However, he stopped taking private patients for a while when he was named director of the surgery program--although it would be well worth a phone call to check the current status.
