Well hello all! This is new to me......I took a deep breath today and a pain shot from my upper left pectorial muscle up to the throat and back again. Thought it was the BIG one ! Of course it wasn't . I walked around for a minute relieved myself of some gas and it immediately subsided. Then it's been coming back now and again like that all evening. Anybody had this kind of shocking pain that can tell me I'm not having a heart attack, PLEASE!!!
