Thanks for that ! Yes, I do have anxiety. Not taking anything yet for it . It seems the GERD actually brought on these panic attacks because of the accumulative effect of so many different kinds of pains. Plus , I've just lost a couple close relatives, plus wife and I are still recovering from a near divorce , plus I just turned 50.......etc. , etc. THAT'S ALL! :)
And I have been checked out for heart problems, I'm fine there. But, I'm also suspect of the esophigeal spasms that come with GERD. Oh, did I tell you I'm a chronic worrier and like to be in control ALL the time....(oops)
