I have Barretts and last endo I had the Dr. said the Barretts had receded somewhat. My Dr. told me the medical community differs as to what is barretts and what is not. Some diagnose barretts as any change in cells in esophagus, others diagnose barretts when there is intestional dysplasia present. I haven't been able to figure it out. Perhaps someone else on the board can.
