and when I wake up. Having been diagosed with a small hiatal hernia I would like to know if this is the cause of this annoying pain which feels like something is stuck in the middle of my chest. Does anyone know how to get rid of this sick feeling of something stuck in the middle of my chest. I have tried Gaviscon without success.
