The PPI that I was on the longest was Aciphex. The side effects were burning on legs and arms. My legs also hurt. Rash on my stomach. Diaherra that was yellow. I took it 17 months.
I had the worse side effects with Nexium. With it I had the above side effects plus headache, stomach ache and terrible nausea.
I have taken 6 PPI's so far and have had reactions to all of them.
