Hi: I'm sorry you feel bad today after eating, yes it sucks..I also ate to fast tonight and have that same old chest pain back...The doctor however thinks I need the soft food for a few weeks..Time will tell...To burp again, god how I would love to burp the way I fart..lol lol Like you, my stress level at work is very high, that could also be a problem...Please let me know how you are feeling...Again, thanks for all your wonderful advice the past 5 months...Julie..BURP:)
