Hi Tiffany, I had acid reflux and a hital hernia and I also have had panic attacks. The panic attacks started a long time before the Gerd.I had the same symptoms that you have described. In Oct. 2000 I had the fundo surgery and so far so good.I know what you mean about thinking its a heart attack and that certinly doesnt help the panic attacks!
