Just wanted to say Hello and I hope everyone is doing well...I'm doing much better, it only took me 5 months post-op on how to eat right..I eat slow, I don't eat a hugh amount at one time, and I take Beno with every meal..lol Chest pains are getting better, can't wait to try a pop....Lump in my throat is getting better...I hope everyday is like today...Layed in the sun for two days working on my tan and drank 1/2 bottle of wine, lets see what tomorrow will bring with that one...:)Take care and Welcome to Spring...Julie
