Hi Jenny, yes I too get the 'fog head'! Somewhat releieved to read your post because I thought it was just me. Also, the nexium gave me headaches, at times very bad. I'm on Aciphex now, no headaches but the Aciphex is what gives me 'fog head'. Both are better than the pain from the reflux though so I'm sticking with them for another few weeks or so.
