Hi Hope!

Overeating post-fundo is a really bad idea. I've had to "train" myself to recognize when I am starting to get full. If I don't stop eating at that point, I always regret it. Unless you really go hog wild, I don't think it will hurt the wrap but you'll probably feel like you have a cinderblock in your stomach. Remember, your stomach is a lot smaller than before the surgery.

I've found what works best is to eat maybe four or five smaller meals a day instead of two or three large ones. A small meal could be something as a light as a piece of fruit or a granola bar.

Additionally, you never want to overeat (or drink) to the point of feeling nauseated. You will probably not be able to vomit no matter how much you may want to. I had the flu a few weeks ago and the sensation was beyond horrible.

Hope this helps.

TTFN, Robin
