Hi, Maybe I can ease your mind about one thing....I have been going through a bottle of Gavascon every 4 days for 2 years and all of my doctors say ...its ok..in fact when I tried to go off of the PPI's,they suggested 1 tablespoon every hour!!!! so ask your docs but I think its ok...
