Hi Sharon,
I should have mentioned that if you had a fundo, there is not much chance of harming an LES that is not doing much. The wrap itself is applying the pressure and that is in addition to the little being done by the LES. If you had not had a fundo, there is more chance of this side effect and likely only in higher dosages.
You might find that the Neurontin helps a lot more than you think. If you can get off the other meds with its' help the trade is certainly a good one.
If it didn't have a chance of helping you, I don't think your doc would have prescribed it.
