This is our chance to have input on a very serious venture to create a Gerd recipe book.
Try the recipe. (We realize that not everyone will be able to try all of the recipes due to some of the contents. If you can alter something to make it work for you please let us know.)
Please use Reply for the particular recipe you are experimenting with when you want to comment or ask a question and do not change the subject title. This way all of the information pertinent to each recipe will fall under that recipe and will be easier to follow. If it necessary to e-mail the webmaster regarding a certain recipe please refer to the recipe number and title.
All other conversation not pertaining to the recipes should be posted on the Heartburn-help message board.
